Do you have a physical location?
At this time we are only selling products on our website and at pop- up events in the New York City area. For information on our upcoming pop- up events please subscribe to our email list. Welcome to our small but powerful inspirational candle community!
What are my delivery options?
Shipping fee varies by weight and size of product. You can view the shipping price at the checkout screen. Our candles usually ship within 2-5 business days. Please, Please, Please contact us if you have any questions!
What is our return policy?
We hope you love our products! We also understand there may be questions or concerns with your order. If you are unsatisfied with our product or received a damage product please contact us at support@livebycandle.com .We will respond within 1-3 business days. Please note: we can only grant full refunds on unused items or damaged items.
How do I return an item?
We are happy to connect with you! Please complete the form above. For all returns we will email a shipping label at no extra charge through our carrier. Please contact support@livebycandle.com for further assistance.
What if I receive a broken candle?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Once we are notified, we will process your inquiry within 1-2 business days. Please save any pictures of the damaged item. This will assist with filing a claim through our shipping carrier.
